
1. Fill your pot with water and let it get to a boil.
2. Mix your eggs with whatever add-ins and spices that you like.
3. Pour your egg mixture into a microwave-safe freezer bag, squeezing out as much air as you can.
4. Add your bag to your boiling water, cover with a lid, and let that cook for a few minutes.
This method of cooking is called "sous vide" and it works well with a bunch of different foods.
If you ever need to cook your eggs in boiling water, this is the way I suggest.
