All you need is -
🍞 2 Bread Slices / Pocket
🍚 1/4 cup Wheat flour/ All purpose flour mixed with 1/2 cup Water
🍶 1/2 cup Hung Curd
🧂 Salt
🍢 Pepper
🌶️ Chilli flakes
🫙 1 tbsp Ketchup, 1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
🥗 A bowl of Veggies - Bell Peppers, Cabbage , Purple Cabbage , onion , chopped coriander , green chillies
🥟 1/2 cup Paneer cubes
A little oil for brushing the pockets
🫔 To make the bread crumbs, simply churn the sides of the bread in a mixer.
🥣 To make the batter, mix all purpose flour/ wheat flour and water.

- Fry at high temperature so that it puffs up. 200 degrees C for 5 to 6 min
- Pockets taste best when hot because it has a nice crunch
