The LoadAdvisor™ feature for PowerMount™ guides users through a step-by-step process for setting up the tank weighing system, including basic settings, mapping the on-screen weigh module positions, shimming, and physical adjustment. The shimming indicator is designed to help customers know where to shim, which saves engineering costs during commissioning and ensures safe tank operation by preventing overload of a single weigh module.
LoadAdvisor™ also provides detailed condition monitoring information for the entire tank scale and each individual weigh module, including load cell readings, temperature readings, and center of gravity. The feature allows customers to map the physical position of the weigh modules on the screen graphic, view the initial and live center of gravity, and with this you are able to easily detect any issues such as material build-up on the side happening over time.
