No major problems today other than cutting a few boards the wrong length. Measure twice cut once! The floor in the hall is lower than the other two rooms as there was layer of plywood on top of the really thick boards on the beams but I have a plan to make up the difference. The more I see the space open the more I like it like that. Will have to get the boss in tomorrow to see what she thinks. -------------------------------------------
This is a daily vlog of our self-renovation of a French Townhouse which was originally built sometime in the 1930s. We left Ireland in August 2023 with our two kids and two dogs in search of a family home and these videos are a way to document the process for ourselves, as well as hopefully inspiring others to take on a similar project.
