Qatar + FIFA = ????

Qatar is a small emirate occupying a desert peninsula on the west coast of the Persian Gulf. It has a rich history, with centuries old traditions stemming back to a nomadic past. Most of the population is urban, and daily life quite modern.

However, like anywhere, there are some problems, and when a big event like the FIFA World Cup comes to town, that's when you start to see the cracks appear... Like many other countries all over the world, Qatar uses migrant labour to fill its workforce, and particularly to build it's huge World Cup soccer stadiums. And things haven't gone so well for those migrant labourers...
