Mixmag and Coors light present The Lab LDN, powered by Void Acoustics. The Chilean DJ and recording artist Paula Tape is making waves with her mixes of airy Balearic and energetic synth house. Starting off as a drummer for a number of bands, her love for polyrhythm spiralled into the varied percussion present in her sets and her own productions.
The Milan-based producer's debut EP ‘Agua Congas’ was widely supported, and she’s now released music on Rhythm Section and Permanent Vacation, and lent her hand to a label Tempo Dischi, dedicated to reissuing rare Italian records. Join us for for a percussion-heavy house set in The Lab this week.
