Their first victim would be Morocco, and after taking them, they would upgrade their navy, and invade Portugal, who wouldn't be able to resist. Spain however, would be a much harder target, but after a constant naval pressure, they would fall. Atlantis would try to knock the UK out, but that would backfire, leading to US and France joining to help, and eventually beating the Atlantis forces.
