I grew up 2 blocks from this lake in Michigan. If you have ever lived in the midwest of The United States during the summertime there are always epic rain storms that break the heatwaves and cool down the area. The thunder is so massive that it shakes your bedroom at night. The rain is warm and soothing and there isn't really anything else like it. You can feel it in the air about 30 minutes before it comes and even though you know it will be a huge storm, the pre-storm feeling in the air is calming and exciting.

I wanted to make a track about that feeling of the storm. The recording is really from a storm near my house and the cascading delayed chords are supposed to give you the feeling of this storm coming and then breaking overhead.
