Sometimes, songs are born from pure creative expression. Other times, they serve to mark a moment in time and carry a message for the season.
But then there are the sacred moments. The ones that compel us. We get a taste of His goodness, a glimpse of the throne room. Our awareness of His presence heightens, and the songs we’ve sung a hundred times bring us to tears. It doesn’t matter what song is playing or who is preaching, all that matters is that Jesus is near.
This is the story of this album and of our church. We have witnessed Him and we must worship.
