Speciaal voor het 100-jarig jubileum van Harmoniecorps Tuindorp componeerde Leon Vliex een werk over de geschiedenis van Tuindorp Oostzaan en het orkest. Het beschrijft de band met de scheepswerf NDSM, de watersnood, de multiculturele samenleving en de beroemde drumband.

Leon Vliex composed a work about the history of Tuindorp Oostzaan and the orchestra especially for the 100th anniversary of Harmoniecorps Tuindorp. It describes the bond with the shipyard NDSM, the flood, the multicultural society and the famous drum band.
