Are Sabaton Metal's biggest live band in the modern era?
Primordial Radio presenter Dewsbury sat down with drummer Hannes Van Dahl from Sabaton about their upcoming concert film 'The Tour to End All Tours'.
The Sabaton – The Tour To End All Tours concert film was recorded at the sold-out Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam, where 16,000 fans gathered to watch the band during their 2023 European tour, which saw four arena shows – including a sold-out Wembley Arena - on their UK leg.
In addition, the live concert film will hit 1,000 cinemas in 25 territories—including 186 in the UK and 5 in Ireland - as part of the global premiere happening on October 11th 2024.
Hannes shares insights into the band's dynamic show and hints at the challenges of topping their impressive stage production for future tours, potentially making them one of the biggest metal bands in the world since the days of Iron Maiden, Metallica, Black Sabbath etc.
