'Bristol with a Crowd' was a series of short films commissioned for the opening of M Shed in 2011. They enabled visitors to experience key events in Bristol's history from VE day to the Banksy V Bristol Museum queue in 2009. This film captures people’s memories of the return of the SS Great Britain on the 5 July 1970. This event drew a crowd of approximately 100,000 people, excited to see Brunel’s great ship return to Bristol.
