Dad wanted steak for his 75th birthday so I got 40 day-aged Tomahawk Steak and Filet Mignon but Daniel @akoreanperson sent dad a birthday package from Imperia which included Imperia Kaluga Hybrid Reserve Caviar, Japanese A5 Wagyu Striploin, Japanese A5 Wagyu Ribeye with Caviar, Truffle Sauce, Truffle Salt, Truffle Oil. Thank you Daniel and @imperiacaviar for making dad’s birthday extra special.

I also made smashed potatoes with black truffle oil and truffle salt, Asparagus, Green salad with peaches as a side.
