This is an album I can't get enough of lately, ripped from my 2002 Canyon Int. CD copy. I remember when I first heard this album...the track "Maze" was played on Atlanta's 94Q Jazz Flavours in '86, and this was a rare and impossible to find import, especially back then. The guitar-synth on "Maze" reminded me of Pat Metheny. This entire album is one of the best electric jazz-fusion recordings from Japan, by a very underappreciated guitarist. The clean production, execution and mixing keeps this sounding just as fresh as it did back in '86. Just tracks 3 and 5 alone make this album a must-have!
