Re-creation of the Hungarian Revolution of 1956. A Hungarian militarist (John Mylong) has a daughter (Violet Rensing) who is an ardent communist. She loves Mills, who comes from a liberal family headed by his professor-father, John Hoyt. The lovers are kept apart by their politics. "The Beast" in the title is played by Gerald Milton, who portrays the real man who kept an iron hand on the Hungarians. This is exploitation at it's finest, complete with an interrogation chamber were prisoners are beaten by communist thugs. Greta Thyssen is the lead bad guys moll, she lounges around in sexy night cloths, her boobs are ever present. Transferred off a 16mm print.
