In this video I'll explain what the two main kinds and ways of sampling are, what a sampler is and then we'll move on to creating two samples in Logic Pro X from some pre-recorded audio. I'll also touch on sampling etiquette, and why you should leave enough time between your different intended samples. Finally we'll import our samples in to Logic Pro X's EXS24 sampler- and we'll create a round robin (alternative samples for the same sound - our kick) to make things sound even more authentic.
