I finally found a working example of a 1970's style fibre optic lamp!No it doesn't vary with the music - it uses a simple optic/mechanical mechanism to create this effect! Music was just playing as it does every in my home!
Been a long search to find one that works, this was a new in box new old stock buy & at last I have one along with 2 other lamps for spare parts as they were mis-sold as working!
Ahh well....we live & learn I guess
