This video was taken while on a hike near the McKenzie River a few days after a big snowstorm. I decided to take a few minutes and listen to the sounds of this river.
The sounds of nature soothe and relax the mind and allow for more restful sleep, deeper focus, and a feeling of mindfulness and calm. Listen with headphones at work, or play quietly in the background during meditation, reading, or yoga. Nature sounds and white noise can gently soothe babies, children, and adults with insomnia into deep, restorative sleep.
