Did y'all know I have an Ensoniq EPS Classic? No? Yeah I thought not. I have had it for over a year but have never really shown it off. It's pretty rad! And works really well for late-80's/Early-90's style acid house rave music. Especially if you pair it with a Behringer TD-3 and a Roland TR8 for some 303-ing and 909-ing.
... totally wasn't grooving myself as a result. No sir, I swear!
Nerdy Details
-The TR8 is the master clock here, sending clock to both the TD-3 and the EPS
-The EPS has an Alpha Juno bass sample and a Akai S3000XL rave chord sample loaded into it and is playing both of them with the built-in sequencer.
-The TD-3 is running through my Boss DD-7 Digital Delay, while the EPS is fed through my mixer's return loop which is hooked up to a Boss CE-3 Chorus and a Behringer RV600 Reverb.
-Everything is recorded with my Tascam DR-05, aaandd I actually used Bandlab's "CD Quality" automatic mastering because I'm a diiirrrttyy pleb like that.
