▶️Ingredients:
✔ 300 ml fruit drink (juice)
✔ 40 g gelatin (4 tbsp.)
✔ 160 g sugar (to taste)
✔ a pinch of citric acid (lemon juice)
▶️Cooking:
✔ Pour the morsels into the pot
✔ Sprinkle in the sugar
✔ Add the gelatin
✔ and a pinch of citric acid.
✔ Stir
✔ Allow to swell for about one hour
✔ Place saucepan on stove until ingredients are completely dissolved
✔ Pour the mixture through a sieve into the prepared mold
✔ Leave to cool at room temperature.
✔ Then place in the refrigerator until solidified
✔ Cut the marmalade into portions
