Its been a while since my last vlog but family matters have kept me away from doing any work.
Its a new year. 2024. And I have a ginormous list of things I want to accomplish. I wish to have the property finished for 85% by the end of this year. Knowing myself I guess its a tall order but its anyway the plan.

It being to cold to paint or do any masonry work I've decided to start gutting the house. This week the bathroom floor and in he coming weeks I'll start from the top down. Many rides with rubble to the tip that is!
