You were the brightest of all stars, with 18 All-Star appearances to boot; Truly, you were ASTONISHING. There was no denying your passion and hard work, even now, people still wish for a Kobe Bryant work ethic when it comes to their individual jobs, whatever they may be.

I am certain that heaven has a basketball court and that the Angels guard you.

Rest in peace to the Greatest Basketball Player I ever witnessed with my eyes. You were the great painter, the basketball court your canvas, and us? Well we were just privileged to watch you do your job.
