A group called Loki 7 claimed responsibility for both bombings through communiques that were sent to the police.
The police investigate the case and look for clues within the first 72 hours, believing that the crucial clue is always there.
The police bring in experts and generate a list of over 30 suspect groups, examining the communiques' stylized swastikas and the name Loki.
The task force ultimately narrows their list of suspects to two dozen, and after two months of investigation, they are still searching for Loki 7, the serial bomber who could strike again at any moment.
