
Ingredients
Tacos
3 mini wraps
3 tablespoons ground beef
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 pickles, sliced
3 slices cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons shredded cabbage
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
Big Mac Sauce
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 pickle, finely chopped
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Directions
Prepare the Big Mac Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, chopped pickle, mustard, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and onion powder. Set aside.
Assemble Beef on Wraps: Season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Press about 1 tablespoon of beef onto each wrap, spreading it out to the edges.
Cook the Beef Tacos: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Place each wrap, beef-side down, on the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the beef forms a golden brown crust. Flip the tacos over and reduce the heat to medium-low.
Add Cheese: Place a slice of cheddar on top of each beef patty, cover with a lid, and cook until the cheese melts and the wraps are golden and crisp.
Add Toppings: Top each taco with sliced pickles, cabbage, red onion, and a drizzle of the Big Mac sauce.@essen_paradies
