
You can tell a lot about a person by how they treat others, and it's the same for a business. When a business takes the time and energy to properly care for its team, that will show in everything those people do.
Loyalty and respect shouldn't be something a business just expects from its staff. You have to show them those things before you'll see it in return.
When the staff is well cared for, the work they do is better all around. Better products, better morale, and an all-around better experience for the customers.
