This video presents the Softrock Ensemble RX II kit working with MacBook Pro using the DSP Radio Software.

The mic input on the MacBook Pro is a stereo connector, the same as the the jack on the Ensemble. A standard stereo audio cable works.

How to configure DSP Radio with Softrock Ensemble RX II:

1. Download the latest released version of DSP Radio on website
2. Launch Audio Midi Setup (Utilities folder)
3. Set all audio devices which you want to use to the same sample rate (i.e. 96 kHz, 16 Bit)
4. Add an Aggregate Device" by clicking the "+" button, give it a name (for example: SDR).
5. Quit Audio Midi Setup.
6. Launch DSP Radio
7. Open the Audio Devices window and set the input and output checkmark at the aggregate device you just created. Close the window.
8. Open the Configuration window and add a configuration.
9. Set these values: Active, Some Name (i.e. "SoftRock"), Rx, Input 1*, Input 0*, Output 1*, Output 0*. If you are using crossed jump. If not set default values.
10. Download Softrock USB Controller. You can do that via softrock40 Yahoo group.
11. Lauch Softrock-USB-Controller programa and check Interface to DSP Radio in preferences.
12. Very important. Go to System Preferences, Sounds, and select Sound Input for "Use Audio port for" field. Doing that you can use the standard stereo audio cable works. The same used by Softrock Ensemble RX II.
