'STFU' actually started as one of George Miller's first attempts to write music with more serious lyrics than the edgy satire that he was known for at the time as Filthy Frank and various side characters like Pink Guy. He soon abandoned it before turning it into a profanity-laden Pink Guy song, and while the original version was never released by Miller, it set the tone for his more recent work under the Joji name, following the retirement of his Filthy Frank multiverse.I can't believe this trend is still alive at the moment lol
