Roasted soy flakes are really easy to make and if you know how, soy flakes can be super delicious too! In this video I am showing you a cinamon and a cacao version, but of course you can get creative and do for example a vanilla flavor, coconut flavor, caramel flavor and things like that pretty easily. Soy flakes are high in protein and taste great if you put them in your muesli, use them as a topping in yogurt or quark or just snack on them by their own. Soy flakes are vegan and keto friendly and an ok protein source since they are very low carb and have over 40% protein. So even if you're not a vegan, I bet you're gone like them!
