So, you've got multiple guitar tracks that you want to record in your studio, and some of those guitars will be different for different parts of your song.

In this recording tutorial, we're going to show you how to overlap those guitar tracks in your DAW so that you can get an awesome and pristine recording.

We start by recording a clean track. But soon, the cleanliness will end and we'll go into the verse with some heavy distorted guitars!

You don't want an abrupt change so we're going to overlap the clean guitar track with the distorted guitars.

You'll also learn some basic studio functions to make your workflow smoother (we're using Presonus Studio One but the functions are similar in most DAWs).
