All sounds sampled and resampled on Akai s1000. MIDI sequencing using MPC2000xl.
On this track I was experimenting with the resampling feature on the s1000, but I found out is not as great as in other samplers like my old s3200. S1000 will low-pass filter the resampled sound hiding the grit that should come out of the process. If I remember well S3000's won't filter the resampled sound, so it produces that sweet aliased sound. I prefer the s3000 for this feature, but the s1000 sounds fantastic if not resampled
