This is genius — you can actually turn a heavy-duty spring into a table lamp. First, clean the spring and give it a fresh coat of paint to make it more appealing. Then, cut wooden planks into a circular shape and drill a hole for cable management.
Insert the cable, install the lamp socket, and position the heavy-duty spring in place. Finally, attach the bulb. The result is a table lamp with a unique, mechanical, ambient style.
