Fennel
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Boiled green broad beans or white beans
- Olive oil 3 tablespoons
- Red pepper flakes 1/2 teaspoon
-Dill or parsley
-Juice from 1 lemon
- Boiling water
-Salt
The preparation:
Cut fennel into thick segments.
Heat a pan with olive oil and fry until golden on both sides.
Add salt, add chopped garlic.
Pour boiling water and cover. Allow the fennel to cook and soften.
Add beans or cooked white beans.
Hot red pepper flakes and greens. Splash of lemon juice.
A few minutes on medium heat and everything is ready!
