Back to chthonic, grimy nature, deep south, swamps and rainforests. This time around with a tinge of rock, a dash of weird proggy stuff, wonky ass live guitars and a bunch of designed ambient noises and assorted sprinkles of good. I improved guitar tracks in like 1-2 takes, off-tempo and messy and all and I was about to re-record them clean, but then I made executive decision to not do that and keep them as is. Messy, grimy, grungy, more fitting the vibe and the sludge of it. And I love it. I should probably do more live guitars eh.
Low key cudos to @DrumeoOfficial for reminding me of an amazing band Mastodon and their brilliant Crack the Skye LP, from which the inspiration was drawn in this instance.
