Is it bad for a restaurant to run out of food by the end of the day? By in large, most people agreed that it was both good and bad— good for the profit of the business, but bad for the customer who might not get what they want.
Here's the thing, if a restaurant has great food but runs out by the time they close, you can bet that what they're making is as fresh as it gets.
When there is unlimited supply of items, that means there's a freezer full of more that can just be tossed in the fryer.
