This is day 9 of me trying to find out that which state of India has the best food. In this video I have tried the most famous food items of one of India’s southern most state, Kerala. Kerala is very well known for its rich culture and heritage, especially for the unique designs of their temples. Other than that Kerala’s literacy rate, 94%, is higher than any other Indian state. Kerala is also extremely well know for its delicious food that can be found at the corner of every street in this state. Commonly referred to as “South Indian food”, Kerala’s cuisine consists of a number of food items including but not limited to, Idli Sambar, Uttapam, Banana Chips etc. Surprisingly all these food items were extremely flavourful and unique in their own way. I had a great time trying out these food items.
