Captured live at the Lorain Palace Theater in Ohio on February 17, 2018, Live at the Palace documents an explosive concert by The Michael Weber Show headlining the Rusty Nail Festival. Michael Weber, fresh off of winning MTV’s “Amazingness,” rocked the crowd with energetic showmanship and emotive guitar playing. The material on the live E.P. draws from Weber’s originals, such as the hard-driving opener “Scars in Disguise,” as well as the ballad “Can’t See Eye to Eye” from Weber’s The Hollywood E.P. (2016). In addition, the inclusions of guitar-based standards “Maggot Brain” and “Red House” provide a platform for extended improvisations and ferocious six-string slinging.
