Is an Italian artist living and working in Milan. Her abstract, gestural paintings are intentionally ambiguous, forcing the viewer to contemplate their own vulnerabilities and emotions that the works inspire. Her visual language is about the search for expression, feelings, sexuality and abstraction. Her canvases are filled with highly textural brush marks and color application. She finds inspiration from many different periods of art history, as well as fashion, and shared human experiences. She intends her work to provide a space for connection and reflection for her viewers. After studying to become a fashion designer, Laura realized that fashion was not the best setting for her creative aspirations and decided to pursue her passion for fine art. The more she experiences the world, the more her work grows and evolves, allowing her life and her work to fuse into a collaborative experience.
