First things first, make sure you have your iPhone handy. To begin, you need to first turn on the sleep schedule. To do that open the Health app and go to ‘Browse’ and choose ‘Sleep’. Here tap on ‘Sleep Schedule’ and turn it on. Now tweak your ‘Full Schedule’ like you wish and turn on the ‘Use Schedule for Sleep Focus’.
Now open the Watch app on your iPhone. This is where you can manage all the settings related to your Apple Watch.
Now, once you're in the Watch app, scroll down until you find the "Sleep" option, and tap on it. The Sleep settings are designed to help you track and improve your sleeping habits, but they also include the charging reminders we're looking for.
Inside the Sleep settings, you'll see a toggle button next to "Charging Reminders." This is where you can enable or disable the charged notifications for your Apple Watch. Simply tap on the toggle button to turn it on or off, according to your preference. If you wish to track your sleep turn on the ‘Track sleep with Apple Watch’.
That's it! From now on, when your Apple Watch is fully charged, you'll receive a reminder on your iPhone, letting you know it's ready for action. If you ever change your mind and want to disable the notifications, just follow these steps again and turn off the Charging Reminders.
