Due to the incredible response of the first two sessions, we are excited to announce the third semester of the Hymn Writing Collective - an initiative of Getty Music to stimulate the writing of hymns for congregations to sing around the world that are full of beauty, deep theology, and memorable, singable melodies.
This three-month intensive program will allow you to learn from leading hymn writers in the modern hymns movement and hone your creative skills as a songwriter, learn practical tips on lyrics, melodies, and the songwriting process and get expert feedback on your hymns and melodies. Next semester will include all new webinars with a focus on how we can write songs for every aspect of the Sunday worship gathering. Plus, premium registrants will get to join a community of like-minded writers and creatives to find encouragement, share ideas, and foster co-writing opportunities.
