It all started when he was driving up a mountain in a remote area and came into a car jam. The car in front of him, a businessman selling fruits it seemed, gave him some oranges so he brushed the anger aside and went down to buy something from him to support his business.
But the man kept giving everyone discounts and even let people try fruits for free. Seeing how overly generous he was, he wondered if the business man knew how to do business.
He followed the vendor up the mountain and found that villagers would run up to him whenever they hear his horn. His car functions like a moving supermarket. The closest supermarket was 2 hours away from the village so villagers count him being a lifeline.
When he encounter people who didn't bring money because they were out working and just ran into him, he'd tell them to pay him back next time. The businessman admitted that he doesn't make much money, sometimes he doesn't even make back the money for gas.
It turns out, his children funds his "business". And when villagers asked if he priced the items wrong, the man realized that this was a charity. Some villagers knew what the man was secretly doing and would take care of him by giving him gifts in return.
The man who captured the whole scene, decided to help out and bought things from the man without discounts as well as buying things to add to his cart to be "sold" to villagers.
