Making A Caterpillar Casserole On The Jobsite

We just made a Caterpillar casserole on the jobsite.
First, we browned 2 pounds of ground beef and added chopped jalapeno and white onion.
Salt, pepper, and my homemade hot pepper powder. This stuff really is deadly.
Next, we added an entire bag of bacon bits.
Then, we cracked 8 eggs into a hard hat with one cup of heavy cream and I mixed it up with my drill.
I added cheese into the mixture and after I dumped it into the pan I sprinkled a layer of cheese on top.
Finally, some of my Red Dyed Diesel Sauce. You don’t want to get caught with this stuff in your pick-up truck.
We baked this casserole right in engine compartment of the Caterpillar.
I put hooks on the pan so it could hang from the radiator fan.
We let it bake for an hour and a half at 1900 RPM.
It was such a cold dreary day; I couldn’t wait to have a hot lunch.
Luckily nothing had spilled out, and it smelled amazing when I opened the engine compartment.
This casserole is low carb and tasted incredible.
