New York-based DJ, producer, and label head Ma Sha is part of this year’s Beatport NEXT 2025 class.

Since co-founding the event series Kindergarten in 2017, Ma Sha has become a driving force in the underground scene. Her label, Kindergarten Records, won Best Breakthrough Label at the 2022 DJ Mag North America Awards and has been praised for delivering “twisty, rowdy and unpredictable club music rooted in techno” (Resident Advisor). Alongside the label and its monthly Lot Radio residency, she’s also known for her collaborative project Sha Ru, with releases across global imprints like Infinite Machine, Pressure Dome, and Progressive Future.
