There are two common loading doors in industrial buildings:

1. Grade loading (warehouse floor is the same height as the ground)

2. Dock loading (warehouse floor is elevated ~ 48" above the ground floor)

With dock loading, make sure there is a dock leveler though, otherwise it will be difficult (if not outright impossible) to load and unload with forklifts / pallet jacks.
