This is my Tropicana Las Vegas demolition update taken on Wednesday, February 12, 2025. This video was taken on the east side of the property on the OYO Hotel parking deck. As you can see in the video, the two towers are gone. The first thing that I noticed when I arrived was that they are starting to lift up the pavement along the east side of the property right next to the OYO. They will eventually have to rip up everything on site so they will be able to level it for the future construction. There is a lot of crushed concrete along the north side of the property. This seems like this is the main thing left to do on site.
