The Cub V is available in 15-watts (2 x EL84) and 40-watts (2 x EL34) configurations, both offered as either a head or as our signature combo amp including a 12-inch custom speaker.
Featuring a dedicated switch between EF86 or 12AX7 pre amp tubes, the Cub V offers diverse sonic potential allowing you to unlock endless tonal possibilities.
Each Cub V is not only hand-wired in Southern California but also meticulously point-to-point soldered by our passionate team of engineers. This ensures unmatched precision and craftsmanship in every amp.
There is nothing like the classic charm of a tube-driven spring reverb, where vintage warmth meets modern flexibility. The Cub V’s reverb circuit delivers that unmistakable ‘bounce’ and shimmer of a true spring reverb, driven by the organic, dynamic power of tubes.


The Studio Rats are core band members Paul Drew on guitar/production/mixing, drummer James Ivey and Dan Hawkins on bass. They collaborate with singers and musicians to produce radio-ready songs.
