Of course coconut flakes already taste delicious just by themselves, but after you tried this recipe you might never go back to eating them this way again - they build an amazing aroma when you roast them in the oven or in the pan and by adding some erythritol (you can also use regular sugar if you aren't eating low carb of course) which hardens up after you let it cool for a couple of minutes it will make great clusters that are super crunchy and it also even eccelerates the aroma with its sweetness. This keto (and they are vegan too by the way), so this keto and vegan coconut brittle goes great as a topping for yogurt or quark or stuff like that, but even eating it just plainly by itsself is super delicious and of course you can implement the coconut brittle in a lot if other recipes as well! I hope you'll like it just as I do!
