"Three Nights A Week" is in my opinion the best "string"-song Fats ever recorded. Chartwise it is, after the blockbuster "Walking To New Orleans", his best effort hitting the charts. It debuted on September 5, 1960, peaking at POS. 15. It stayed 11 weeks on the POP-charts.
On the R&B-charts it peaked at #8. It had it's debut on October 10, 1960 staying on the charts for 5 weeks.
