[Note from AM - I've been surprised at how tough it is to talk about risk in an accessible yet accurate way in just a couple of minutes. Looking back over this video and next week's, I can feel the paranoia creeping in that some of the basic concepts aren't as clear as they might be - such as risk is built on possible outcomes from actions as we are looking into the future, and the power of the concept of "risk" is our ability to place likelihoods or probabilities on different outcomes. Because of this, I will probably add another video in a couple of weeks to the series that just highlights these key ideas]
