A retro sounding 4-track demo recording here from my old metal band Screwwerm. It's practically dripping innocent rage (I was nineteen at the time).In the bygone times of analogue tape recording you really got the sound of the band - warts n' all. It was all recorded pretty much live, and I think even the timing errors and voice blow-outs add a certain youthful charm. I've cleaned it up a great deal from the original hissy/boomy tape sound and digitally remastered it to 16 bit wave format.
I'm really proud to have preserved this old cooky from a very special and formative time, as Screwwerm is the seed of Jekazol.
