Part of my background check on any tenant, regardless if they are in a protected class or not, is to visit their current rental before allowing them to rent my property. This is how I see if people are qualified. SOME people find this offensive. I made a video recently about a tenant who wouldn't let me in and Still_I_Ride went off on me in the comments. This is my reply to that person.
